Eating a healthy and balanced diet is important for everyone, no matter your cooking experience or budget. Join us for a series of four informative classes to learn about cooking on a budget with local, seasonal ingredients. We will explore global flavors while focusing on practical techniques for adapting dishes to seasonal ingredients. These hands-on classes offer opportunity for experiential learning: you will help cook each week’s dish and sample the finished product at the class’s end.
